Analyze the deep, underlying assumptions of your organization. You may analyze either your current or past employer, a volunteer organization, or any group in which you have participated. If you have never formally worked for an organization, feel free to analyze a club, team, or any other organization you have been a part of. Feel free to use pseudonyms for your organization, leaders, and any other individuals mentioned in your essay. 1. In addition to the core assumptions, incorporate elements from the unit lesson and readings, specifically analyzing deep assumptions regarding a) reality and truth, b) the nature of time and space, and c) human nature, activity, and relationships, with a particular emphasis on the latter category. 2. Examine how these deep assumptions are shared across all levels of the organization, including executive, departmental, team, and individual levels, and how they are perpetuated at each level. 3. Describe whether you have observed any of these assumptions being challenged, providing an example and outcome. If not, analyze why these assumptions remain unchallenged. Your essay should be a minimum of three pages and formatted in APA style.
