Asax, Inc. is pleased to offer a tuition remission benefit to our eligible employees. This program allows full-time employees to receive financial assistance for eligible courses at accredited institutions. To qualify for the tuition remission, please review the following criteria and application procedures carefully.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for tuition remission, all applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a full-time employee of Asax, Inc.
  • Maintain a satisfactory or higher performance rating on your most recent performance evaluation.
  • Demonstrate that the course will benefit your current role at Asax, Inc. by completing the enclosed justification form.
  • The course must be offered at an accredited university, college, or a recognized two-year college.
  • You must earn a grade of “C” or higher in the course to qualify for tuition remission.

Application Process

To initiate your application for tuition remission, follow these steps:

  1. Submit the enclosed justification form, explaining how the course benefits your work at Asax, Inc., at least two weeks before the course start date.
  2. If your application is approved based on the initial review, you may then register for the course and attend.
  3. After completing the course, submit a copy of your official transcript indicating your grade, along with the receipt of payment for the course, to HR.

Payment and Reimbursement

Once HR verifies your course completion and that you meet all eligibility requirements, Payroll will process your tuition remission. The approved amount will be included in your paycheck during the next pay period.

Please note that you must submit your application and supporting documents before the course begins. HR typically reviews applications within five business days and will inform you of your approval status promptly.

Additional Information

  • Tuition remission is paid only after the successful completion of the course with a grade of “C” or higher.
  • Part-time employees are ineligible for this benefit.
