Assignment 1 Company Description And Swot Analysisthree To Five 3 5

In this assignment, you will conduct a SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) analysis for the type of beverage you have selected, and for your company overall. As you work on the assignment, consider why you have chosen one type of non-alcoholic beverage over another and the reasons for that choice. Include external factors such as industry trends and competition, as well as internal factors like your capabilities to reach certain market segments.

Create your revised NAB company name and explain its significance. Define the target audience—middle class, health-conscious, suburban area—and the rationale and purpose of your company, emphasizing organic, health-oriented, homemade beverages with simple, pronounceable ingredients. Describe the significance of your company as a producer of homemade tea and lemonade products.

Develop your revised company’s mission statement and provide a rationale for its components. The mission should reflect your commitment to high-quality ingredients, competitive pricing, and a professional, respectful team environment.

Describe current trends in the non-alcoholic beverage industry, especially within your chosen category. Justify at least three reasons for selecting this type of beverage, considering industry size, growth rate, health trends, flavor potential, and consumer preferences.

Choose one strategic position from the course (pages 142–143) that best aligns with your company. Explain your approach to implementing this strategy to distinguish your beverage in the marketplace, whether through value, quality, or demographic positioning.

Provide an overview of your company’s distribution channels and explain how your product will reach end users. Describe your B2B approach, including types of resellers and distributors, and your plans for managing warehousing, fulfillment, and shipping. Clarify how this approach supports your business objectives.

Identify at least three types of risks your business faces, including regulatory risks, and describe your plans to mitigate these risks. Examples include labor issues, supply shortages, natural disasters, competition, legal challenges, and market demand fluctuations.

Develop a SWOT analysis for your NAB company using the SWOT matrix. Elaborate on each section: strengths such as high product quality and company culture; weaknesses like limited market share and need for investment; opportunities including market expansion and portfolio diversification; and threats such as competition and regulatory challenges.
