For instance, digital simulations and educational apps can cater to different learning styles, making education more engaging and personalized (Cuban, 2018).
However, an overreliance on technology also presents challenges. Excessive dependence may diminish face-to-face social interactions and reduce students' critical thinking and problem-solving skills if not implemented thoughtfully (Hattie & Timperley, 2007). The impact on learning depends heavily on how technology is integrated into teaching practices. When used appropriately, technology can facilitate active learning, immediate feedback, and collaborative projects. Conversely, if misused, it can distract students and hinder academic progress.
