Based on my professional experience and insights gained from this course, I have identified three critical research topics that address prominent managerial problems and potential opportunities in contemporary enterprises.

The core problem in many organizations today is the declining levels of employee engagement, which adversely affect productivity, retention, and overall organizational performance. Despite investments in traditional motivational strategies, many companies struggle to maintain high levels of engagement, particularly with the rise of remote work and digital communication tools. The purpose of this research is to explore how technological integration, such as collaboration platforms, AI-powered tools, and employee feedback systems, can enhance engagement. Key research questions include: "How does the adoption of innovative communication technologies impact employee engagement levels?" and "What features of digital tools are most effective in fostering a sense of connection and purpose among remote workers?" Addressing these questions can provide managers with actionable insights to optimize technological investments and create more engaging, connected workplaces.
