Give a brief summary of what your style says about your management personality style. The style of Influence is characterized by having more network connections with colleagues, friends, and strangers, enjoying socializing, and relating with others. Enthusiastic and optimistic qualities make people they manage more excited about ideas and goals. Skeptical individuals may see this optimism as overly idealistic. Influence style individuals often express themselves through gestures and speech to capture attention, tend to be talkative, and work well under pressure due to handling multiple tasks confidently. They like to be the center of attention, encourage teamwork, and listen to others’ ideas. When hungry or stressed, they may say things they'll later regret.
