As a master's student in the field of healthcare management, I have utilized the method of problem identification to analyze recent industry issues. Over the past five years, the healthcare industry has faced significant challenges related to patient data security, transparency, and industry scandals. These problems have profound implications for patient safety, trust, and the integrity of healthcare systems. In this paper, I will explore one of these pressing issues, identify the key stakeholders involved, review relevant scholarly articles, and formulate a research question that can guide further investigation.

The specific problem I have chosen to examine is the breach of patient data security, which has gained considerable attention given the increasing reliance on digital health records.
