Each student will prepare an essay on the University Studies Goals as experienced in the BA495 Business Strategy Capstone Course. The purpose of the Capstone is to serve as the culminating general education course at PSU allowing students to apply academic learning to address a real issue in our community. The course emphasizes integrative learning and incorporates the four UNST Business Goals: Critical Thinking; Communication; Diversity, Equity & Social Justice; and Ethical & Social Responsibility.
In the essay, reflect on your experience related to these UNST Business Goals. Discuss how these goals, particularly Communication, Diversity, Equity & Social Justice, and Ethics & Social Responsibility, influenced your project, with specific examples. Imagine explaining to someone from PSU your personal experience in this course and how it connected to these goals. Consider how working with your team and client addressed issues related to these goals and how your approach evolved through this project.
