My chosen topic for this project is "Listening Skills." I selected this topic because effective listening is fundamental to successful communication, yet it is often overlooked or undervalued in professional settings. I believe that enhancing listening skills can significantly improve workplace relationships, ensure clearer understanding of instructions, and foster a more inclusive environment where everyone's voice is heard. My goal is to create awareness about the importance of active listening and provide practical strategies for improving this skill.
