We choose the name according to the small story that happened with the owner. First child from her sister called her name by that name then she named the business by BATUM. Since I was young I like fashion and it was a pleasure for me. I enjoy in choosing my outfits every day and I was always helping my sisters by choosing their outfits. So I am in business to work in my hobby and work in something that I loved and enjoyed it.
I see my business in 3-5 years that I will create a whole new concept in clothing and having my own brand, having a Certified brand trademark. And I will have a stores in the most famous malls in Kuwait. We need this business in Kuwait because it will go with the trend and since Kuwaiti culture is famous for its constant and changing trends, a business like this will be a perfect fit. In addition, most stores offer very limited quantities of shirts and pullover with designs that are also limited. This business offers not only endless designs but also customizable designs in which the person can choose any picture, logo, statement, etc. that can be printed on the product.
The quality is extremely higher, and the prices are affordable. In terms of competitiveness, the business that we have offers products that can be recycled, ones that are already recycled, and regular products. This makes our business stand out the most because we can appeal to different segments of people. In addition, 5% of our profits goes to a charity that a customer chooses upon ordering. Furthermore, when the order is delivered, the customer can expect a very attractive packaging with just a pinch of perfume which will in return, give the customer a very unique experience.
This is exactly why customers would be attracted to our business more than the competitors. It is because of the unique given experience, fitting to their demands, and giving back to the community.
