With the advent of COVID-19, which has kept most people at home and increased demand for online shopping, developing an effective website has become essential for organizations. Our CBA company aims to create a website for XYZ organization, including updates one year after launch. The primary goal is to facilitate online access to XYZ’s products, enabling customers to purchase from their homes on computers and mobile devices.

In today’s digital-driven economy, the internet is the most powerful tool for organizations to reach customers efficiently (Cebi, 2012). Major e-commerce platforms like Amazon and eBay exemplify the potential of well-designed websites to target extensive audiences. Our objective is to build a professional, user-friendly website that can compete by offering competitive deals and an easy-to-access mobile app, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. The website will prominently display information such as operation hours, contact details, and location, enhancing professionalism and trustworthiness.
