Organization Description: Describe the organization by outlining its industry, size, number of employees, and history. Analyze the current HR practices, policies, processes, or procedures that you believe should be changed, supporting your assertions with relevant theoretical evidence.

Diagnosis and Change Readiness: Utilize effective diagnostic tools to assess the organization's ability to change. Propose two diagnostic tools suitable for evaluating the organization's readiness for change, and defend why these are the most appropriate choices. Using one of these tools, assess the organization's readiness, providing results and explaining what they mean. Conclude whether the organization is ready for change, supported by current change management theories.

Change Management Plan Using Kotter's Model: Develop a change management plan based on John Kotter's eight (8) steps. For each stage—establishing urgency, creating a coalition, developing a vision, communicating the vision, empowering action, generating wins, consolidating gains, and anchoring change—apply strategies specific to your organization to address the identified HR change initiative.

Resistance and Communication Strategies: Diagnose three potential reasons and sources of resistance to the change. Create a comprehensive plan to minimize resistance, emphasizing the connection between resistance and communication. Evaluate three communication strategies and recommend the one best suited to your organization, including a detailed communication plan for implementing the change initiative.

Sustaining Change: Research methods to sustain change and propose two viability strategies. Diagnose two scholarly theories supporting these strategies and evaluate why they are suited for your organization’s context.

Scholarly Research and Writing: Use at least ten credible academic resources to develop and present your comprehensive change plan clearly and concisely, demonstrating proper academic writing mechanics.
