To evaluate my communication capabilities, I employed the Communication Skills Self-Assessment, a widely recognized tool that measures various dimensions, including verbal and non-verbal communication, active listening, and clarity of expression (Smith, 2020). This assessment provided a comprehensive overview of my strengths and areas for development, serving as a foundational step in my personal growth plan.
