In reflecting upon my results, I recognize several strengths and weaknesses that align with my prior understanding of my leadership capabilities, and also highlight opportunities for growth grounded in the concepts learned throughout this course.
One notable strength evident from the assessment results is my ability to foster collaboration and build team rapport. The survey indicated a high score in interpersonal skills, suggesting that I am proficient at encouraging open communication, motivating team members, and creating a positive work environment. These skills are crucial for effective leadership, as they foster trust and engagement among team members (Northouse, 2018). In addition, I demonstrated a strong sense of accountability and ethical conduct, which aligns with my personal values and the importance of integrity in leadership roles (Brown & Treviño, 2019).
Conversely, the assessment highlighted several areas for development. A key insight was my need for enhancement in strategic thinking and long-term planning.
