Then, write an evaluation essay explaining the key roles of stakeholders involved in ethical behavior, your strategies and thought processes in formulating the code, and how you plan to implement and communicate it. Include an explanation of how you will monitor ethical decision-making. Also, discuss why, despite existing laws, a code of ethics is still necessary.

Your paper must research the topic of codes of ethics, incorporating at least two articles published within the last five years. The combined length of the code and evaluation should be at least 1,000 words. Format the code professionally and clearly. The evaluation should follow APA style guidelines.
