It could be a case that you have come across in your organization or community, or it could be a case that you have heard about in the news. This is the first step in the development of the final course project. You will build on this initial work during Units 5 and 7 of this course.

The assignment should include the following sections:

Problems and Needs

This part of the paper should highlight the problems and needs of individuals described in the case study. These problems should be those typically addressed by human service professionals.
