One type of interpersonal interaction I would like to improve is active listening during conversations with colleagues and friends. I believe that becoming a more attentive listener will enhance my understanding of others' perspectives, reduce misunderstandings, and facilitate more empathetic and effective exchanges.

Active listening involves more than just hearing words; it requires fully engaging with the speaker, demonstrating genuine interest, and providing appropriate feedback.
