Directionsin This Assignment You Will Develop The First Draft Of Your

In this assignment, you will develop the first draft of your personal philosophy of advanced practice nursing. This document will evolve throughout the course, with each subsequent draft reflecting your increased understanding and reflection on weekly lessons. A philosophical statement should include an introduction that explains your thought process in articulating your philosophy of advanced practice nursing. An introduction in APA format typically does not have a heading, as it naturally begins the manuscript.

Key elements to include are your valued personal concepts related to advanced practice nursing, such as the metaparadigm concepts: person/client, nursing, health, and environment. You may also wish to incorporate additional concepts that you find relevant, such as the IOM Future of Nursing recommendations, accountability, interprofessional collaborative practice, social justice, and professionalism. For each concept selected, provide a clear definition and discuss the relationships among these concepts within your personal philosophy and their application to your current nursing practice.

A visual diagram should be included to graphically depict the interrelationships among these concepts, enhancing understanding of your philosophical framework.

Paper For Above instruction

Your final paper should be formatted according to APA guidelines, including a title page, the main body of the paper, and a reference list. The length should not exceed two pages. The title page and references are not counted within this page limit. Your writing should demonstrate critical thinking, clarity, and organization, showing insight into your personal philosophy. Use a minimum of five current peer-reviewed nursing sources (published within the last five years) to support your statements, in addition to course materials and the textbook.

Carefully review the assignment description and grading rubric available in the course resources to ensure all required components are included. Prior to submission, utilize spelling and grammar checks to minimize errors. Your paper must follow the conventions of Standard English, with correct grammar and punctuation. The content should be well-structured, logically organized, cohesive, and reflect original insight and thoughtfulness. Follow APA 6th Edition formatting for in-text citations and references to maintain scholarly integrity.
