Additionally, I will explore which cultures may relate to my communication-style characteristics, framing this as a professional development exercise intended to demonstrate my abilities in an interview context.

According to Luthans and Doh, verbal communication styles encompass various attributes, including clarity, tone, pace, empathy, and directness. My verbal communication style is predominantly characterized by clarity and directness, as I prioritize conveying information in a straightforward manner that minimizes ambiguity. I believe that clear communication facilitates understanding, especially in a professional setting where precision is essential. My tone tends to be assertive but respectful, which aims to convey confidence while maintaining politeness. I also pay attention to my pace, ensuring I speak neither too rapidly nor too slowly, which helps listeners process information effectively.

Moreover, I incorporate empathy into my speech when engaging with colleagues or clients, showing an understanding of their perspectives and concerns.
