Emphasize how these findings inform recommendations for HR to support organizational growth effectively, ensuring long-term stability and performance.
Additional Deliverable: Executive Summary
As a consultant, prepare a one-page executive summary that compellingly argues the necessity for HR to become a strategic partner within MacroEnterprises. This summary should be succinct, drawing support from your analysis and findings outlined in the report.
