Over the past eight weeks, I have gained valuable insights that have significantly impacted my understanding and approach to the subject matter. The most practical and easily applied lesson I learned is the importance of effective communication. This skill is versatile and can be applied across various contexts, from personal relationships to professional environments. Clear and concise communication minimizes misunderstandings and fosters stronger connections, which is essential in today's interconnected world.

On the other hand, the hardest concept for me to grasp was the theoretical frameworks underpinning certain methodologies. These abstract ideas initially felt disconnected from real-world applications, making them challenging to internalize. However, through consistent review and practical exercises, I was able to bridge the gap between theory and practice, enhancing my comprehension.

If I could change one aspect of this course, it would be to include more interactive activities such as simulations or case studies. These elements would provide hands-on experience and facilitate deeper understanding by applying concepts in realistic scenarios. Incorporating more of these activities could make learning more engaging and practical.
