I have two team members, Mia and Patrick. Mia has helped me a lot of things, and Patrick has taken on many tasks. At the end of this course, you will submit an evaluation of your team members. If you believe that a team member has contributed fully, they should be evaluated at 100%. Conversely, if a team member has neglected their responsibilities, was not available to the group, or did not make a full contribution, they may receive a score less than 100%. It is also possible to rate each member at a full 100% if their contribution warrants it.
This feedback, along with evaluations from other team members, will constitute 10% of each individual's grade. The evaluation will remain confidential; other members of your class will not see your assessment.
Consider each of your teammate's contributions based on the following criteria:
- The degree of personal commitment shown by the team member
- The amount of time spent working for the team
- The quality and creativity of their ideas
- Leadership and organizational contributions
- Contributions in terms of personal contacts, resources, or financial support
- The team member's initiative, dependability, and attitude
Rate each team member on a scale from 0 to 100%, reflecting their overall contribution to the team.
