Each of these topics tackles a distinct organizational problem or opportunity and aims to inform effective managerial decision-making.

The first research topic pertains to supply chain resilience. The COVID-19 pandemic exposed significant vulnerabilities in global supply networks, underscoring the need for organizations to develop resilient supply chains capable of withstanding disruptions. The organizational problem here involves the fragility of supply chains that can lead to delays, increased costs, and reputational damage. The purpose of this research is to identify strategies and practices that enhance supply chain robustness, particularly in the face of unpredictable disruptions.
