Throughout the course, I became increasingly aware of how crucial effective listening skills are in fostering mutual understanding, reducing conflicts, and enhancing empathy in conversations. Despite my recognition of its importance, I often find myself unintentionally overlooking the efforts required to truly listen and understand others deeply.
