Family’s culture has a big influence to guide and discipline children’s behavior in our daily basis.
Teacher has to work so hard in order to interact with each families and their culture and also integrate with the intention to make decision and to make a big team to facilitate their children education. Moreover teacher need to establish a good communication because is a way to facilitate multiple forms and is responsive to interact to the home language, diverse cultures, ethnicity and religion in our classroom. There are some many reason that teachers has to deal and also with different type of children’s behaviors. Teaching and guidance aspects of parenting are perhaps the greatest concerns those teachers have in adequately performing their duties. The issue of how to provide adequate and appropriate discipline in guiding children's growth and development is the primary concern to families and others who care for children.
In my opinion, observation is one of the most important methods to recognize and identifies different behaviors in child development. That experience was very usefully to learn how teachers could collect information of each child, to take the exact note about each child succeed. Teacher, educators and provider of childcare can identify a child who could benefit from the professional intervention. Sometimes parents do not know how to identify delays that children has. Then we can provide programs of early intervention to assist the child with any of the delays.

Finally, the last area is to development a program management and administration, where we have to be able to support quality care programs and education. In my opinion this competencies are significant to work as a teacher and has a complete knowledge to respond all the necessity of early childhood education, families, community and educational programs. As a teacher, we need to exchange experiences, diverse family cultures, and we have to learn all about child development. All these levels are crucial to be ready as a professional. Each level is connected by the following one for what I believe that one must be the continuation of other and that this serves to increase our knowledge in these competencies.

The most important learning in this course, is that allow me to get more engaged with my classroom, I feel so gratefully to share in this course because I increase my knowledge in order to work much better with children. It is important the collaboration of the families with the intention to open the communication about those topic that are so close in our children. We have to attend all children’s needs, that can help us to deal with the problem that affect our society in that way our children feel more comfortable and prepared. Help children to solve their own problems can provide opportunities to express their feeling. Moreover, talk with the children about how they are feeling and listen without judgment. Let them know they can have own feelings, which might be different than others.
Allow the children take their time to figure things out and to have their feelings. Don't rush them or pretend that they don't think or feel as they do.
