Employees must know how to express business issues effectively when writing reports and emails. Understanding the benefits of effective communication helps businesses develop a workforce capable of communicating effectively with coworkers, customers, and suppliers, thereby increasing productivity.
In this paper, I will reflect on a specific instance when I experienced effective communication within a business setting.
