The organization focuses on individuals that have relevant experience and qualities that are important to the Hilton's service culture such as warmth, friendliness, authenticity, and empathy. Choosing in office professionals, owners, operators, and team members based on the candidate's soft skills of warmth, friendliness, authenticity, and empathy all are relevant to the Hilton's service culture.
