The goal of this assignment is to choose a topic and create a research plan that will contribute to the Week 7 Field of Study Project. In the Week 1 and Week 2 lessons, we have learned about task definition and information seeking strategies from the BIG6 model. As you prepare for the Week 7 project, you will develop a project plan to focus your efforts and generate ideas to ensure academic success.
To complete the Week 2 Assignment: Project Plan, you need to develop Parts I and II. Part I involves choosing a realistic topic of interest, defining the scope and value of your research, deciding on the communication medium, and posing critical thinking questions to guide your investigation. Optionally, you may include subtopics and brainstorming ideas.
Part II requires a reflective paragraph detailing your critical thinking process regarding potential sources. You should consider the types of sources that will best support your research, prioritizing credible, current, reliable, accurate, and relevant information to strengthen your project plan.
