Initially, my first experience with Todoist was slightly overwhelming, as I was unfamiliar with its features. However, once I learned how to set up projects, tasks, and deadlines within the app, I noticed a marked difference in how I managed my workload. For my academic responsibilities, I created dedicated projects labeled for each course, breaking down assignments, projects, and study sessions into specific tasks with individual deadlines. Utilizing the calendar view, I was able to visualize when tasks were due, which prevented last-minute cramming and improved my study efficiency.
