This paper explores how my activism and innovation as a NURSE AID have positively impacted patient outcomes, detailing specific initiatives, reflective insights, and the broader implications for my educational and professional journey.

Throughout my role as a NURSE AID, I recognized the critical need for improved patient communication, especially for non-verbal or cognitively impaired patients.
