The presentation will be directed at the Board of Directors, requiring clear justification of team member selection, articulation of new vision and mission statements, and alignment with organizational pillars of success.

Part 1: Formation and Justification of an Interdisciplinary Team

You will create an interdisciplinary team consisting of five or six members, each representing vital functions within TIH. In five or six additional slides, explain to the board:
