In each week's entry the students are required to maintain weekly reflective narratives (no more than 350 words). The reflection should cover personal knowledge and skills gained, addressing various practice aspects based on clinical experiences encountered during the week in an acute rehabilitation setting. Topics may include new practice approaches, intraprofessional collaboration, health care delivery and clinical systems, ethical considerations in health care, population health concerns, the role of technology in improving health care outcomes, health policy, leadership and economic models, or health disparities.

In this paper, I will reflect on recent clinical experiences, focusing on the integration of new practice approaches, teamwork, ethical considerations, population health, technological advancements, health policy, leadership, and health disparities.

During my recent week on the acute rehabilitation floor, I observed and participated in implementing new practice approaches aimed at enhancing patient outcomes. One such approach involved the application of evidence-based interventions tailored to individual patient needs. For example, I assisted in developing personalized mobility plans, which required assessing patients' physical conditions and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to optimize rehabilitation efforts.
