In this assignment, you are being given a number of constructs. Conduct scholarly research that has been published within the past five years that measures each on these. Based on this, provide a conceptual and at least one operational definition of each construct listed below. 1. Attitude Toward New Technology

It encompasses beliefs, feelings, and behavioral intentions related to technological innovation (Chen & Tan, 2018). Operationally, this construct can be measured through a Likert-scale survey comprising items like "I am excited about using new technology," rated from strongly disagree (1) to strongly agree (5). The resulting data is at an ordinal level, as responses indicate order but not precise magnitude between categories.
2. Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is defined as the degree to which a product or service meets or exceeds customer expectations (Hair et al., 2019). It reflects a post-purchase evaluation of the service experience.
