Availability of live chat support offers immediate assistance, guiding users through purchases and resolving issues promptly. Such features collectively lead to higher customer satisfaction, increased sales, and stronger brand loyalty, making the online shopping experience seamless and trustworthy.

If I were to design a new app, it would be a "Food Finder" app tailored for tourists exploring new cities. Marketed towards travelers and food explorers, this app could promote local businesses and enhance culinary experiences. Being innovative and engaging can open new markets, improve customer loyalty, and support small businesses by harnessing location data creatively.
