Conflict Setting

During my tenure at a marketing firm, I was involved in a conflict with a team member over project responsibilities. The setting was a collaborative workspace where deadlines were tight, and accountability was critical. The individual in question was a coworker with whom I had to coordinate closely to meet client expectations. Tensions arose when I noticed that my colleague was consistently missing deadlines, which impacted the project's overall progress. Emotions ran high—it was frustrating to see the delay, and I sensed resentment and frustration from both sides.
