Their understanding of professionalism was comprehensive, encompassing accountability, respect, integrity, and continuous learning. They highlighted that professional responsibility directly influences their daily work by ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and maintaining trust within the healthcare team.
Regarding leadership, my peer considers organization leaders to be stewards of healthcare.
