Additionally, incorporate at least two concepts, theories, or topics from the leadership material covered in class into your analysis. The final paper should be between 4 and 6 pages, 12-point font, double-spaced, with headings and subheadings as appropriate to organize your ideas. Your analysis should avoid simply transcribing the interview; instead, focus on interpretive, insightful commentary based on your interview findings.
Choose a leader who is insightful and reflective, preferably someone who can discuss their leadership experiences with depth. The leader's position is not important—formal or informal leadership roles are both acceptable. Consider selecting someone accessible, and possibly use this assignment as an opportunity to build or reinforce your network.
