Make sure that you label each part clearly and that you complete all parts (a-h). The qualitative parts of your paper should be at least 2100 words. The most important part of your paper is the final recommendation (part h) which should be supported by the discussion of key statistics such as ratios, market value, beta, and diluted EPS and the forecast of several key variables (parts e and f). You grade will be mostly determined by your performance on these sections. Use interior titles to separate your work.
Present your financial statements as an appendix. Include a reference page of at least 6 references in APA style.
a. Overview of your corporation. (300 words)
b. The latest financial statements. (You can present these as an appendix to your report)
c. A summary of each financial statement. Take each statement and state the key parts in words. (words)
d. Ratio calculations (presented in a table)
e. Discussion of key statistics such as ratios, market value, beta, and diluted EPS. (600 words)
f. Forecast several key variables, including the stock price. Use regression analysis, and/or moving average, etc. to create your forecast. Create a graph from the historical data and show your forecast on the same graph. Say specifically what the forecasted value of the stock price is. Address the question, “Is this forecast reasonable?” (300 words)
g. Other information pertinent to the corporation that could affect its future performance and stock price, including dividend policy, capital structure, bond ratings, expert opinions, new projects, litigation, regulation, etc. (words)
h. Recommendation regarding the future of this corporation. Is the stock a good buy, average buy, or a poor buy (implying a good sell)? Include a justification of your recommendation based on your analysis and research. (words)
