Paper For Above instruction

Marketing 305 Group Project Product Audit Synopsis: You will be assigned to groups of 5-6 students to conduct a marketing audit of a selected consumer product. The project is divided into two parts: a comprehensive written report and a presentation. The paper will be 10-15 pages, formatted in a Q&A style, with questions posed from the instructor and answers grounded in academic research, properly cited in APA format. The presentation will be a concise video presentation, not exceeding 12 minutes, uploaded to YouTube, with the link submitted on Blackboard.

Students must select a real, currently available consumer product, ideally from a publicly traded company to facilitate research. The product selection is first come, first served, with a deadline of March 2nd; students must email their preferred product, group number, and company name, with the instructor confirming availability or rejection. The research phase requires in-depth analysis covering company mission statement, product status, market positioning, growth strategies, internal and external environment analysis, ethical considerations, consumer decision processes, global presence, marketing research, market segmentation, product classification and lifecycle, pricing, distribution channels, marketing communications, promotional strategies, and citations of credible sources.

The written report must include a title page with group members listed alphabetically, a table of contents, and consistent APA citations for all references. The report should be double-spaced in 10-point Arial font with 1-inch margins, and approximately 10-15 pages long, emphasizing research-backed analysis rather than opinion. Proper editing and citation are critical to avoid deductions.

The video presentation requires the creation of a clear, engaging overview of the research findings, adhering strictly to the 12-minute limit. The outline and notes are to be submitted in PowerPoint Notes View or as a Q&A document, with APA citations included. The presentation should be professional, leveraging visual aids, and engaging the audience effectively.

All project components are due on scheduled deadlines—April 4th for the paper and May 2nd for the presentation. Late submissions are not accepted. Each student’s contribution and teamwork will be evaluated through peer assessments, influencing individual grades. Effective communication, thorough research, and professionalism are essential throughout the project lifecycle.
