Creating the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
The first step in using MS Project is to develop a clear Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). The WBS delineates the project's deliverables and organizes them into manageable components. In this case, three primary deliverables were identified:

Each of these deliverables was further broken down into at least three work packages, which contain specific tasks necessary to complete each component. For example, under the "Design of the E-commerce Website," work packages included UI/UX Design, Database Schema Design, and Content Creation. Similarly, development involved Tasks like Front-end Coding, Back-end Development, and Integration. Testing and Deployment included Tasks such as User Acceptance Testing, Security Testing, and Launch Preparation.

High-Level Planning
