Assume you are installing a double sink vanity, toilet, bathtub, and a separate shower.
You are required to use the milestone approach to project management. You are the project manager and have two laborers, a plumber, an electrician, a painter/decorator, a cabinet installer, and granite counter top experts. Plan the renovation taking into account steps that are dependent upon each other, drying time for tile grout etc. and identify activities that can occur in parallel. Minimize the project critical path.
