My Progress At This Time Is Very Slow Ive Really Stepped Up My Aero

My progress at this time is very slow. I’ve really stepped up my aerobic walking and trying to eat better. I can tell that I’m feeling better each week not just physically and emotionally but it’s helping me spiritually as well. Although I’ve had issues with a swelling leg, shoulder and back pain and one week of severe tooth pain, I was able to continue with exercising. I can tell that the strength in my arms and legs is a lot better…standing up from a chair is not as difficult as it was.

I never realized the importance of stretching and not that I’ve begun do this, it’s something I do not plan to stop. I’m excited to see progress as I proceed going forth with this plan even after this class has ended. Well my change that I noticed on myself is that I lost a few inches and pounds. Which I’m really happy about it. Making a heathy choice is for the better since you feel healthier and lighter. Before I used to sleep a lot and didn’t have energy for nothing. Now I can be up and I’m not lazy as before.

Exercising is a good way to reduce my stress that I have towards some situations that I have in my life. The coke was my addiction well my Dr. Pepper was my favorite caffeine drink but now only drinking water makes me look hydrated and full of life. More significantly, I experienced notable emotional and spiritual benefits. As I committed to regular exercise and better nutrition, I found that my mood improved, and I felt more energized and optimistic.
