My scores indicated strengths in self-awareness and relational transparency, suggesting I am comfortable sharing my thoughts and feelings with colleagues and in recognizing my personal values. However, I scored lower in self-discipline, indicating an area for improvement in managing emotions consistently under stress. The assessment also revealed that I possess genuine empathy but need to work on consistently demonstrating compassion, especially in high-pressure situations. Reflecting on these results, I recognize the importance of ongoing self-development, such as practicing mindfulness and emotional regulation techniques, to strengthen my authentic leadership capacity. My scores underscore that authentic leadership is a journey that involves continuous growth and self-improvement, aligning with Bill George’s perspective on lifelong development as a leader.
