Your personal circumstances as related to your financial need for a scholarship (I am currently in the United States Army as an active duty Soldier and me and my husband have to maintain a separate household due to the fact that I move around every 3 years and my husband and son do not move with me so that my son can have stability. This causes an additional financial burden on us because we have to maintain two households). 2. Your academic and career goals. (Complete Masters Degree to help advance my self in my army career and to be able to secure a career outside the army once I retire in 7 more years). 3. Your current employment and its relationship to your future plans (Current employment is U. S Army Recruiter and it is in relation to my future plans because I want to be a Director of Human Resources for a company). 4. Your leadership roles and community involvement (Leadership roles is Center Leader in Army Recruiting Center where I lead 9 other leaders, train, and develop 9 other leaders to recruit and process young men and women in the U.S Army. I am also a part of a prestigious club called the Audie Murphy Club where we participate in local volunteer events at Ronald McDonald House, Habitat for Humanity, and activities such as feeding the homeless and mentoring young kids).
