Consider the corporation you have chosen and identify one of its major competitors that you would consider working for. Conduct research on this competitor using its official website, filings on the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) EDGAR database, the university's online research databases, the Nexis Uni database, and other credible sources. The annual report will often provide valuable insights for your analysis.
You will develop an eight to twelve-slide PowerPoint presentation with speaker notes or record a video presentation based on your previous assignments. You may choose to compare your selected corporation with a major competitor you are interested in working for. Your presentation should include your recommendations to the Board of Directors, explaining why the corporation remains or is not a suitable employer based on your analysis.
