The reflection on whether I met or did not meet the goals and objectives outlined in my agency learning agreement reveals a comprehensive evaluation of my practical experiences during the field placement. The process involved a detailed comparison between the initially set goals and the actual outcomes achieved, providing insight into areas of success and aspects requiring further development. My learning agreement was primarily focused on enhancing my client engagement skills, understanding policy impacts on community services, and developing professional ethics and boundaries. Throughout the placement, I accomplished significant progress in establishing rapport with clients, actively listening, and applying intervention strategies effectively.

The evaluation indicated that I met most of my goals concerning direct client interaction, psychosocial assessments, and collaborative teamwork with agency staff.
