Moreover, they will comprehend the aim, purpose and objectives of the research. Thus, they will conduct it well and work hard to see that reliable results are obtained. These research assistants must have completed high school education. Another advantage of having educated research assistants is that they will have excellent communication skills. Hence, they will ask the questions in a way that will lead to the right responses that will be dependable (Guest, G., MacQueen, K. M. & Namey, E. E. (2012). Having the right Materials for Research on Time During research, there are various materials that are required to make sure that the process succeeds. These need to be obtained on time so that there is no delay or inconvenience. Some of these materials include recording tapes, cameras, pens and writing materials.

When materials are available and in the required amount, there will not be room for errors. Credible data will be obtained, and it shall lead to proper decision making (Fang J, Han F., & Liu H., (2014). Proper Training of the Research Assistants All the research assistants will be well trained on how to conduct the research. It is because they play a key role in the success of the research. If they do not carry out the process as expected, the results obtained will be unreliable.

They will also be held to the standards in which I hold myself. All research will also be double checked as will all work. Being there during the Research Process to guide the research assistants if necessary Since I will be the principal researcher, I must be present during the study period.
