Such leaders encourage goal setting, provide constructive feedback, and cultivate an environment conducive to learning and development.

At the individual level, effective leadership promotes employee engagement and motivation, leading to increased productivity and job satisfaction (Judge & Piccolo, 2004). Leaders who demonstrate integrity, support, and clear communication foster trust, which enhances individual performance. For example, leaders who recognize achievements and offer developmental opportunities motivate employees to excel.

At the group level, leadership behaviors influence team cohesion and collaboration. Shared leadership, emotional intelligence, and participative decision-making foster a sense of ownership and collective responsibility among team members (Yukl, 2013).
