2) Both the UCR and the NIBRS are alternative data-gathering strategies used in the field of criminal justice. However, both the UCR and the NIBRS have limitations associated with using their data. Discuss the redesign elements you would implement to reduce the limitations associated with the use of either data-gathering system.
