You will also research organizational findings from the organization’s websites, incorporate data, information, and ideas from Weeks 6 and 7 readings and resources, and include at least four outside credible academic or respected business publications. A SWOT analysis of the organization is required, along with an evaluation of organizational behavior (OB) strategies or interventions that could enhance performance and effectiveness. Based on this analysis, you will propose OB-related recommendations for organizational improvement.
An executive summary should be composed on a separate page, summarizing the key points of the report in one to three paragraphs to motivate the reader to continue reading. The introduction should state the purpose of the report, specify the chosen company, and outline the scope of the analysis, including relevant company history that influences internal culture.
